Our 2010 Gingerbread House

Mommy, Daddy, Madison, Mackenzie, Auntie Rose, her friend Samantha, and  Auntie Brianna had so much fun making this beautiful gingerbread house. Pieces of candy started disappearing off the house day by day :)

College Station Road Trip

Sunday we decided to take a last minute road trip to College Station to see my Auntie Ems. We picked up Uncle Sam on the way and headed out. We went to Emily house and got to see where she lives. Then we went to the A&M campus and she showed us all around the campus. We went back to her house and watched Beauty and The Beast so the girls could lay down and rest. On our way home we decided to go to Santa's Wonderland. We had a great time! It was 40 degrees and cold!

They had "snow" and a hayride with lots and lots of beautiful lights. They had a huge fire pit, a mechanical bull, a petting zoo, Santa was there. There was so much to do! We had a great day and so glad we could spend it with Auntie Em!

Texans Football

Tia and Tio came over to watch Texans game with us and play with the girls. The girls were running around showing them everything and getting them to read books to them. Mackenzie wanted to play dress up all night.

Thanksgiving 2010

The day before Thanksgiving Aunt Lorrie, Bella, Poppy, Nana, and Paw Paw came over to see us. I was busy cooking green beans, corn, sweet potatoes, and cran-maple cheesecake (from scratch!) for the next day! We all got to hang out while I cooked and the little girls all played together. Ed ended up getting off of work early and the little girls had so much fun playing with him.

Mackenzie Anne's Baby Dedication and Mommy's Baptism

Mackenzie Anne was dedicated to the Lord on November 21, 2010. On that very same day Mommy was baptized! It was a very special day! Lulu and Lula were there. Tia and Tio were both there. Jennifer, Orlando and Andrea were all there too! :) We were so happy to have so many people there to love on us and support us! We were so happy to show everyone that we are dedicating our child to the lord and are committed to raising her as the Lord wants us to. It was a big day for all of us! I was able to show everyone on the outside the change I had made on the inside. How cool that both my girls were standing right there and got to watch me be baptized! :)

Thanksgiving Crafts

Today we went to our friends house Allison, Caroline, Charlotte and did Thanksgiving crafts. Maddie had so much fun and Mackenzie loved doing her hand prints!

Sally's Baby Shower

In October I threw my bestie Sally a baby shower! It was my first baby shower to throw and everyone said I did a great job! We had lots of fun. She got lots of baby stuff and we played lots of fun games! Beautiful baby Cadence was born October 17 weighing 6lbs 14oz. She is a blessing to her Mommy and Daddy and big sister Corin. Of course we love her lots and are soo excited she is here!
